Returns and Refunds Policy
Please contact me in the case of any issues and please keep your proof of purchase.
I do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind.
If an item is damaged or faulty please photograph it and email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so I can assess it. If the fault is deemed to be major and not from misuse I will provide details for return. If the issue cannot easily be fixed you will be issued with a refund upon receipt of the damaged/faulty goods. Refund is for good only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the damage or fault is not major and easily repairable, you can choose to return it for repair.
All return postage is at the buyers expense.
Lost or unclaimed shipments
I send most packages by tracked mail. Once Australia Post has the item and it is being tracked, I cannot be held responsible for it. If, in the unlikely event it becomes lost I will do all in my power to help track it down, however I cannot give refunds.
If shipment is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to me, upon which you may have it resent to you, though shipping will need to be paid again.
