Shipping

All shipping is done through Australia Post and all items, with the exception of small print only packages, are sent tracked.

International Shipping

I currently have listings for US only. If you would like to purchase from another country please contact me at lilithandthemachine@gmail.com so I can find out shipping options and add it for you. By law I have to include correct values on parcels. Any customs fees, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Australian Shipping (all times are estimates)

Standard (tracked): 2-8 business days 

Express (tracked): 1-4 business days

Letter (untracked): 2-8 business days

US Shipping times (all times are estimates and may be affected by events such as covid, etc)

Australia Post Standard (tracked): 6-10 business days

Letter (untracked): 15+ business days

Lost or unclaimed shipments

I send most packages by tracked mail. Once Australia Post has the item and it is being tracked, I cannot be held responsible for it. If, in the unlikely event it becomes lost I will do all in my power to help track it down, however I cannot give refunds. 

If shipment is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to me, upon which you may have it resent to you, though shipping will need to be paid again.
